Fort Parker RV Park Rules & Regulations  
 Please take the time to review our rules & regulations. These rules are implemented for both the park’s and our guests’ convenience.
 We appreciate your cooperation and hope your visit is enjoyable and relaxing.

CAMPSITES:
o Our rates are 2 person rates. Anyone else in your party 6 years or above will be charged $2.00 per person per night or $30.00 per
person per month. Maximum people per site are 6.
o For our monthly guests the 1st month’s payment is due upon arrival. Your second month will be prorated to the 1st and each
payment thereafter will be due on the 1st.  Payment is considered late after the 3rd day of the next month, the fee is $5.00 per
 late day. Check out time is 12:00 noon for all guests.  NO REFUNDS on early departures.

PARKING AND VEHICLES:                                                                          
o The speed limit in the park is 5 mph. Please respect your neighbors and keep it slow.
o Two (2) car/truck limit  on single pad sites.
o All boats, trailers (aside from tow dollies), and any other objects placed on sites must be approved by the front office in writing
o Utilizing any other RV site for any reason without prior written approval from the front office, will be subject to a charge equal
to the rate that is assigned to that site.
o No Parking on the grass.  Do not allow any part of your vehicle to protrude into the flow of traffic. Do not cut through sites,
please use the designated roads. 
o No type of vehicle or RV repairs allowed including oil changes onsite.

RIG AND/OR SITE APPEARANCE:
o We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone based on the appearance, age, and /or condition of their rig.
o Sites must be kept up. No excessive clutter at site.  Clotheslines are prohibited. No tents, Canopies, and/or walled in structures
allowed on  the sites. Keep all cords, cables, hoses coiled out of the way of mowers and weed eaters. Donuts or fitted attachments
always required for sewer connections.
o (Monthly Guests)To help protect from weather and other damages we require your sewer hoses to be inside a PVC pipe or
other factory drain support hose system. We will not replace any hoses or sewer lines that are cut accidentally if they were not properly secured. (Monthly Guests) Guests are responsible to repair water and/or sewer leaks from their RV’s. If the leak is not repaired
in a timely manner after being notified the guest will be charged $40/month for water leaks and will asked to leave if it is a sewer leak.

PETS:
o No more than two (2) dogs allowed per RV.  Breed restrictions are enforced. Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers,  Pit-bull, and any aggressive dogs, and/or mixes of the listed breeds are not allowed in the park. No pets allowed in the park buildings.                                                                                                                                                                                                      o For your pets safety they must be accompanied by an adult and on a leash at all times when outside the RV.  Your pets may
not be left unattended outside the RV when no one is home.
o Pick up and plastic bag your pet’s “poop” and discard it in the trash.

GENERAL RULES:

o Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time.                                                    
o Our average water pressure is about 70-90 psi so we recommend pressure regulators for your water connection.
o By law, Fort Parker RV Park is a service oriented business and therefore, we do not have a landlord/tenant relationship
with any daily, weekly, or monthly guests.  The park will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, or injury
during your  stay.  Failure to follow any of theses rules can result in the guest being removed from the park immediately.
